Printing 2-sided option

I would like to see if it is possible to put a box to check in the Print Window to allow for 2-sided printing.
I use BB as my Primary PDF doc viewer and I always have to take extra steps to go into my printer settings in the Print Window to mark "2-sided" printing. Just looking to make this a little easier as most of my Letter size PDF's are primarily printed 2-sided to save on paper.
