Bluebeam (Mac using Parallel) not allowing sign-in or send log files

Bluebeam is not letting me sign-in. The sign-in (top-right) click doesn't yield any results, and logging in through is greyed out. Currently being queried by the Bluebeam Support, just wondering if there is a faster answer here.

"Send Log Files" or "Report an Issue"
Send Log Files takes me to this photo below, i can't see where 'Report an Issue" could be hiding:


Report an Issue takes us to this photo:

  • Ive already tried creating an association of MAILTO to outlook (both windows and mac), doesn't work still.

    we are only able to offer support for users running Revu on a compatible device & OS. We have users running Revu on Parallels but because this is not a supported environment there's not much we can do to help if you face any issues. For more information, please visit our article below:
