Paste All Features from Tool in Tool Chest

Instead of just being able to paste the formats from a tool saved in the tool chest it would be really handy to be able to paste the main features e.g. Format, Subject, Layer, etc..

This way, if you use the wrong tool or something changes, you can quickly change the markup that you've already completed without either starting again or going through all of the properties indiviually.
