Takeoff & Estimating Tip for Excel: Sample Attached
This is an advanced use of Excel and PowerQuery's, the attached file(s) contain a simple example
- Execute a formula created in Bluebeam Revu custom column in Excel via PowerQuery using Expression.Evaluate
Bluebeam formula columns [Notes] which contain ⇒ [Wall Area] * 12/16 + [Count] * [Depth] * 2
Excel via PowerQuery custom column with this expression
= Expression.Evaluate([Notes], Record.Combine({[_=_], #shared})) - You could use items<formula>; items<formula> format. See sample for more on this
I've attached three sample files (pdf, excel & bluebeam config)
4 - Execute a formula created in Bluebeam Revu custom column in Excel via PowerQuery using Expression.Evaluate

@Nextakeoff I can follow what you are doing but if you are going down this route you may find it easier to let Excel (inc Power Query) do all of the 'heavy' work for you as complicated formulas in Revu can become quite tricky. You can also use Excel to add additional details for you.
Here's an example of one of the workflows that I am currently working with https://youtu.be/wx-_vWoZI5E
