Feature Enhancement - Additional Permission Role

There are currently two roles, Org Admin and Limited Admin. I hope we can get another role called Support Admin or something similar. This role would have access to the following areas,
- Account Settings (View Only) - All data
- Users - Grant Limited Admin or End User with Licensing assigned to the Organization
Currently, the Org admin grants too much permission, and the limited admin doesn't grant enough. We are looking for a role that could assign Bluebeam licenses, resend invites, and deactivate users without giving them too much access to the organization.
