I am looking to see if in this example if there is a way to create an area to have all the subjects named the same name under its color profile. In this example attached if the color was coded green, it would automatically name the area "General Cleaning"

Hey Travis
You can do this using the area measurement properties tab. Select the area measurement tool. Open the properties tab. In the subject line, type General Cleaning. You can use the label field to provide more details. Then adjust any of the the other options, and after you set all of the parameters, right-click and save the markup to a tool chest. Once it's a markup tool, you use it over and over.
Hope that's helpful.
