using hyperlinks to address a cell in an excel

Behind multiple markups we want it to have a specific link to a selected cell (different per markup) in an excel sheet.

Using the action and url we were able to add the link, but is does not to work. This one of the formats we tried :

<filepath>#SheetName!CellReference

or

excel://C:/Documents/myfile.xlsx#Sheet1!B5

Both seems not to work.

Anyone with similar case and it works?
