Search for multiple terms

I need to use the Bluebeam search across 1500 documents. I would be good to index those files and folders to speed search results. I also need to search for multiple terms and have terms I am not looking for. The Popular search engines have delimiting characters to separate terms and + and - for must include or not include respectively.
