Spaces and Markup Legends

So, I found a post about creating spaces so you can add the same markup in different areas of the drawing to their own legend for that space. I created spaces, did my counting and tried to create a legend for each space. I don't know why but once I create a new legend on the same sheet the markups go to the new legend and disappear from the original legend.

Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am having the exact problem. My company recently decided they wanted us to include a per page legend along with one master. We are having to create a blank page or create a legend, take a snapshot and paste it then create a per page legend. The only issue with that is the snapshot doesn't always work. It'll add an image of the legend but somehow doesn't include any of the markups which has to be a bug.

It would also be nice if we had a button to just click and it automatically puts a master legend plus a per page legend on each sheet.
