Studio Notifications (Revu)

My understanding is that each person has to sign up for their own notifications. From Project Settings > Manage Notifications > Account Preferences I can elect to receive notifications whenever there are markups and updates. I would like to have the ability to turn on notifications of markups and updates for all who join a project. It could be automatically enabled once someone joins or an optional setting project creators/admins can choose during setup. Users can disable notifications as they see fit, but I would rather the default be that everyone is opted in for notifications from the get-go instead of potentially missing important changes. This would also save me the step of having to look up who has joined, notify them via email of changes, and/or tell them how to adjust the notification setting themselves.

NOTE: If my understanding is incorrect and there's a way to do this that I'm unfamiliar with, please share any insights.
