REQUEST: The Author field is wrong
Can your Engineers roll out an update so that the Revu software 'Author' field auto updates with the licensed and registered user of the Bluebeam software? It's currently defaulting to the folder name at C:\User\username. This is problematic and time consuming for us to keep changing the Author field before sending out documents.

I believe you can change this here:

@Angela Aff @Iharned Thanks for the response but we've tried editing the settings and preferences. This doesn't solve the problem. The software reverts back to using the name of c:user\username in the Author field. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software doesn't fix it. Editing the registry, doesn't fix it.

So a couple of caveats here:
- Make sure you are saving profile after making changes
- This will not affect markups prior to the change (you can see in snapshot below that there are two different formats for my name, one with a period in the middle and one without)

I moved this discussion from Product Ideas to the Talk Bluebeam topic to gain more comments and visibility. However, our Product Team is aware of this feedback and will make any necessary adjustments.
