Badges

When requesting a badge and you click submit, it keeps going back to the submit screen. I would think it should say something like thanks for your submission or ? or redirct you to the badges page? Might be a problem with the automation?

    Thanks for the feedback, @Andy Krogh! This definitely seems confusing. The visibility and simply not letting members request the same badge again once submitted can be improved.

    Currently, only the pop-up notifications let you know the status of the badge request in the bottom left corner of the page.

    When you request a badge, you'll receive the following notification:

    If you have already requested the badge, you'll receive:

    We'll work on improving this experience, as well as providing more details on these pages for future requests.

    We appreciate you letting us know!

    @Andy Krogh @Marco - I didn't see any notification pop up when requesting a badge. In fact, i might have requested 3 times.

    Might not the ideal location, @RJ Palis. Currently, we don't have a better workaround, but we are looking into solutions. We appreciate the feedback!

  • I think it'll help if the Send Request box goes away or redirects to a different page, like Home. I can see users being confused when this goes live for everyone.
