Re: delete layers globally?
@Ross I have found that if you combine files, it can remove all layers in the new file. The following steps may help save some time.
- Create a blank single page document to use anytime you need to do this.
- Open the document with layers you want gone and the blank document.
- Go to File>Combine
4. Make sure that merge layers is not checked.
5. Select add open files and ok.
6. Delete the blank page from the new combined file and save it.
The new file will have no layers, and you can use the same blank document over and over for this purpose.
Re: Uncheck Custom Columns in Column Display Order
@Phil Berania Thank you for your feedback. We have received input on this matter and are exploring ways to make it more intuitive. Currently, you can toggle these columns on and off via the dropdown menu in the markup list.
Re: Better Rotate
Hello,
If I understand your question correctly, you want to make a rotation at 15 degrees? This is possible if you hold down the shift key. Then any desired degrees can be determined. Without a shift key it is at 0, 45, 90 and so on.
Is this what you mean?
Re: Brother MFC-J4345DW unable to duplex scan
Just wanted to add a little information as well, though I understand it likely won't suffice for your workflow Fred.
As long as you can get the scans onto your computer, they can be worked on in Bluebeam.
So you can either
A. Use another software to Duplex scan to PDF, and then open those files in Bluebeam or
B. Duplex scan them in using the printer - then convert the scans to PDF using the Bluebeam Stapler.
You can find more info on using the Bluebeam Stapler here
Thank you for giving feedback and helping us make Bluebeam the best it can be!
Re: Autosize text box should account for text alignment
Hi, Alan. I don't necessarily prefer right-aligned text. Here is an example where this might be useful though. Let's say I have a stack of text boxes that all right aligned. If I edit the text in the right aligned text box and then autosize it, it will no longer be aligned to the right. See attached pictures.

Re: Integration with Amanda7 by Granicus
I'm curious about your workflow. Sounds like you (and your colleagues?) make comments to permit applications in Bluebeam and then need to transfer those comments to the Amanda platform. Is that correct? If so, why not comment directly in Amanda? Are you using Bluebeam Studio so all departments are commenting on the same file(s)?
Re: Tool Chest Search Feedback
Hi Kristin, glad you find the new Tool Chest search valuable! This is a great suggestion - we'll keep this in mind for future updates.
Re: Handling questions during training
My preferred approach is, quickly listen to the question, understand the chemistry of the question (as I am the one only know the content that I am going to share with the audience) if its part of the secession, pass the information to the audience (as this help others also understand that this is going to be addressed), if its not part of the content of the session, quickly address it based on the question and move on.

Re: Rotate Mark-Ups
Holding down SHIFT will allow you to rotate a markup by a single degree. It might also be helpful exploring the Properties Panel. Under Layout, you can manually change or input Rotation.
Re: Energov - BlueBeam Integration - Avoid making plan reviewers close a browser tab
Yes, we have taken note of it and will address in due course.
