Re: Markup List Detachment
You can drag and drop (preferred) or right-click and get this menu. Unfortunately, the detached menu can float mostly off screen and be hard to spot. Look for a small toolbar floating at the bottom of your screen.
Re: Multiple Studio Sessions Open At One Time
Can this be accomplished by launching Bluebeam twice? May not be as convenient but could you open separate sessions in each or will it still only recognize one session?
Have you used the new Label feature that lets you put any Markup List Column data?
I just created a ToolSet for steel framing where I used a Custom Column to display the Steel Member Size on the Markup Dimension (what I use for Steel Framing) on the PDF. This worked great because I used a Choice Custom Column to filter the different sizes into different categories based on the Markups Subject name.
I am working on an idea for Structural reinforcement that displays on the PDF and calculates the area in the background so I can put that into a Legend.
Just always keen to hear other peeps ideas and what I can test/create/share next.
Re: Getting Started with 3D Drawings.
Hi Again,
I am going to leave this comment here for the benefit of anyone who runs into the same problem that @Duane Gingras ran into.
The team has identified an issue with the way that the system is storing credentials, this is preventing the recent adjustments to Duane's account to take effect as expected. Here are some work arounds for now:
1. You can log out, then clear your local cache in your web browser and log back in.
2. You could try to log into Labs via incognito browsing mode on your web browser
3. You could try to log into cloud on a different browser
Please give these a try and let me know if any of them help. If not, you are not out of luck, the team will work to get a fix for this issue into the next release of 3D Drawings.
Re: 3" per foot standard scale
It is worth noting you can add your own scales to the list in Revu 20 or 21. When adding a custom scale, like 3"=1 ft, you can select to +Add Preset button and it will add it to your list of preset scales going forward. Does this accomplish what you're looking for as well?
Re: Add thickness to both sides of arcs and ellipses
this may or may not help you, but if you use the poly-line tool, you can right click on the poly-line and "convert to arc." doing this allows you to generally draw where you want your arc to be, then convert and manipulate it to be the arc trajectory that youre looking for. or something close to it
Re: Q for internal trainers! What are your preferred methods for training your staff on Bluebeam?
@Aily Roper - I share the tips I create to our intranet page on Bluebeam. We have links to all our recorded trainings there as well. For things that are generic, I like pointing to the Bluebeam site within my posts. For our specific workflows or even for generic workflows that aren't explained on the site, then I write up my own. Users always want to know how to simply combine or move pages around or convert to another format. Or they want to know options for how to do something. What are all the ways you can convert files depending on how they are selected or which tool you chose to use? So I would like to see more videos covering the basics and getting started. Also something pointing new users to selecting the appropriate profile (for their company or simply from the options included).
Re: Tip: Reuse Tools
There is also method #4 (temporary re-use or single-tool re-use, not sure what to call it), double-click a tool on a toolbar. This will enable re-use for only this tool until you hit Esc or single-click to select another markup tool.

How to modify the markup list displayed in the Capture Media Summary (Screenshot attached)
Hi all!
I would like to know if there’s a method to either delete or select the markup fields displayed in the media capture summary for each markup made in the document (Refer to the screenshot for details).
I am using Revu 21 if that helps.
PD:Apologies if this post should have been saved into a different forum category, this is my first post actually.
Best wishes,
Rodrigo Lajas
