You should be able to hold CTRL to highlight freeform rather than snapping to text.
Q1 Revu
Now is a good time to "Revu" your progress on 2025 Bluebeam goals. Whether it be workflow review, tool improvements, or simply existing markup edits to align with the latest company standards we all could use a little reminder to look back and ahead in 2025! Feeling energized dialing back to the beginning of Q1 when I received a Bluebeam boost 😎

Re: Request for Editing Permissions in Session Feature
As others have said, you can't do this. You might want to consider re-posting in Product Feedback — your desire for the ability to have (controlled) editability of others' markups in a Session is definitely needed.
Re: Graphics Issue & I can't see text
Is this specific to a certain document or all documents? How was the document created and have you flattened it or removed layers?
Re: Update on Bluebeam for Mobile - Spring 2025
On one hand I'm excited that advancement and innovation is on the horizon…the iOS Revu app was in desperate need of an upgrade.
On the other…this makes me incredibly anxious and I'm in a bit of a panic mode.
It sounds like the iOS Revu "replacement" solution should be able to do everything it can do and much much more, but until I know that for sure…I'm starting to panic and I've had to start exploring alternative solutions to prepare for December.
To try and sum up what I'm facing…
I'm Director of Engineering for a communications company, we've been using Bluebeam on PC for a decade at least.
I have written LEAN value stream processes around the use of Bluebeam Studio Projects for my Department, our Operations Department, and our Service Department.
My department uses AutoCAD for design, but we use Bluebeam Studio Projects to publish and manage our design outputs for our Operations Department on active projects, and to archive completed projects for easy retrieval by our Service Department, both of which use the iOS Revu App.
I've developed Toolchest with embedded attributes for Site Surveys using the iOS Revu App that are then exported on PC to be imported into our ERP system.
I've developed Toolchests for the Operations and Service Departments for use on the iOS Revu App.
Needless to say Bluebeam for PC & iOS is embedded into our daily lives.
IF this replacement solution cannot do everything we are doing with iOS Revu by the time it is sunsetted, we will have to rethink, and rewrite entire workflows, processes, and procedures company wide.
As of this moment, our Studio Project houses 6000+ files.
When using the Bluebeam Cloud app today, when I open the project I see "No Documents" "There are no documents in this Studio Project" 😮.
And since the iOS Revu app warns you that it will be sunsetted and advises you to install Bluebeam Cloud, every single field tech, service tech, programmer, & trainer has started to panic.
Hence my own panic mode.
Re: Update on Bluebeam for Mobile - Spring 2025
Hi @charro,
Yes, we know how important that is. We are currently working on cloud-based Toolsets that will eventually synchronize from Revu to web and mobile. We are targeting the first phase to be syncing from Revu to web in beta in early Q3 with mobile later in the year.
Re: Update on Bluebeam for Mobile - Spring 2025
Will we be able to download custom tool sets to our iPad for use in Bluebeam Cloud? This is one reason I have kept using Revu for iPad.
