Good question! Reading Community or another message board on my laptop, I like the personality and info show in a signature. If Community was an app on my phone, I'd like a cleaner signature-less view.

Have you ever tried to use a specific tag when creating a post and noticed it was missing? It likely doesn't exist. Feel free to comment below with any tag suggestions!

Thanks, Doug. Makes perfect sense. Let's chat after you've had a chance to use the new 'convert to arc' improvements. There are a number of other ways we can look to address this depending on how this upcoming release solves some of these needs.

In the finishing trades we get all kinds applications where we need the length of the radius.
For example, we're working on a project right now that has radiused bench seating.
We'll get the radius both as a stand alone, and tangent to a straight section.
I'm in Architectural Millwork and we always have curved diewalls, which we need to measure. We get curved walls where we need to apply paneling to, we also get the really fun things like helical staircases which involve a lot more complicated math.
Curved work is a large part of our trade, and its only going to increase with the expanded use of programs like Revit and other 3D modeling software.

General question: Does this system allow posts like this to be pinned to the top? I find guidelines like this help, especially when the category title is ambiguous or easy to misinterpret. Asking for a friend.

Re: Poll issue - it may have been a user error. The discussion content of my poll didn't show up but after an edit, it does show up. I've been having an issue where if I hit backspace to fast or too often, it deletes the discussion field box itself and I'd have to start over. I may have forgotten to paste my comments before hitting send.
