Re: Lost mark-ups
This is just a long shot, but what save mode are you using? I would have to look into each option, but I wonder if one/some of those would hide markups?
Re: Tools for each window instead of sharing 1 tool palette for all windows open
I agree, to do what you are asking you have to have multiple instances of BB open for each file. It would be nice for those to be accessible on each window. The other option would be to provide a floating option for both tools and menu items. This would be the similar to the way they can detach in AutoDesk.
Re: Tools for each window instead of sharing 1 tool palette for all windows open
Not really. If you open another instance of Bluebeam, you can have each document working in its own environment, and that would give toolbars for each "window". The problem is you can't really transfer things between the two instances.
Re: .BTX tools on Bluebeam Cloud for iPad ?
Hi Dustin!
Our first tool set feature will allow you to sync tool sets created in Revu or Web directly to the mobile app. This will be available by the end of the year in iOS, so you can manage your tools from your desk and access them on the go—no manual setup needed on mobile.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,

Re: Opening an Australian Standard document from Intertek Inform (SAI Global)
SAI global has an FAQ page on opening their DRM protected PDF's in Revu. Try setting import FDF responses under JavaScript tab.
Re: Bluebeam Studio Capability
Hi Chris,
Bluebeam Studio does a great job of this… there are great Youtube Videos to show you how… but this is how our Project Team shares Drawings. If anything is updated you receive an email notification.
It can be a little annoying if there are constant email notifications… and you're trying to find where Waldo is hiding in terms of the change to the Drawing.
Re: How to print layers selected in the Layers Panel
Do you have the Dim Filtered Markups option checked in your print options? If filter the markups list using the layer column and select that option, does that do what you need?
Re: Copying Form Field Properties from a Form Textbox
Vera,
General cutting, copying, and pasting works in this case but will only copy the Appearance and Layout properties of a Form Textbox. It will not copy over any Format, Actions, or Calculate properties. So I can copy a Form textbox and retain Appearance and Layout properties only.
I'll submit a ticket to the Tech Support team.
Thanks,
Re: Copying Form Field Properties from a Form Textbox
Hello @David Roe - Thank you for posting in Bluebeam Community!
Have you read our article on Cutting, Copying, and Pasting? It's difficult to say what is causing this; it could be the specifics of your chosen format. If the article isn't helpful, I would advise you to reach out to our technical support team with more information and, preferably, screenshots.
Please complete this form and they’ll be more than happy to assist you!
Re: Revu for iPad to Retire on December 31, 2025
@bwhitlock I concur; the app was a good starting point. I hope they don't put their consumers in a bind at the end of the year and they start considering what we are being vocal about.
