Re: Is there a way for Revu to import security certificates/Digital IDs from Adobe Acrobat?
As far as I know, Adobe's Digital ID is not compatible with Bluebeam. I sometimes have to sign Adobe PDF's that have already been signed by others. Hours of searching have told me that I just have to use a PDF reader that is compatible with Adobe's Digital IDs. I don't remember all the lingo and such, but I remember the point was that I was out of luck with trying to keep myself to just one PDF viewer.

The coolest use case for Revu that I've heard of is not mine.
I in no way take credit for this, but its too good not to share.
The person who used this was going through his son's Lego sets and was noticing missing pieces.
He found the PDF Instructions and then created custom tools for each of the various Lego pieces.
With some simple markups, he was able to figure out which pieces were missing from which set, and was then able to order the missing pieces from Lego.

lol Perhaps that's why I've never been a huge fan of the dimmer tool. I'm one of those electricians who depends on all those colors to keep me organized. lol

Inspired by an activity in a BUG meeting, I use it to do competitive or collaborative word search puzzles with my kids. Each person picks their mark up color. Then we all try to find all the words in the word search.

I used it to design a wall of photos where the picture frames were all different sizes - moving the frames around until we got the right configuration and spacings. Unfortunately, I can't find the file now!

New Webhook Subscriptions API endpoints available
Happy Friday, everyone! The Integrations team is happy to share that we have new Subscription endpoints, also known as Webhooks, available on the public Bluebeam Studio API.
⚙️ What's New
- These endpoints allow developers and partners to subscribe to activity and updates made to a Studio Project or Session while building out their integrations.
- Previously a Beta feature in the legacy Prime API, webhooks in the new Studio API will further assist developers and partners migrating their integrations to our new integrations platform.
- Webhooks will also aid in limiting the number of calls developers and partners have to make because instead of checking for Studio updates on a regular basis, they can subscribe for updates, which should help improve system performance overall.
We look forward to seeing developers and partners add webhooks to their integrations and build custom workflows using the Bluebeam Studio API!

Don't forget there's also the Disable Line Weights tool. This affects all documents including printing options, so be careful to restore line weights when done.
