Re: Copying Form Field Properties from a Form Textbox
Hello @David Roe - Thank you for posting in Bluebeam Community!
Have you read our article on Cutting, Copying, and Pasting? It's difficult to say what is causing this; it could be the specifics of your chosen format. If the article isn't helpful, I would advise you to reach out to our technical support team with more information and, preferably, screenshots.
Please complete this form and they’ll be more than happy to assist you!
Re: Revu for iPad to Retire on December 31, 2025
@bwhitlock I concur; the app was a good starting point. I hope they don't put their consumers in a bind at the end of the year and they start considering what we are being vocal about.
Re: Revu for iPad to Retire on December 31, 2025
I feel like (this comes from not reading others comments), but if Revu for iPad had a lot more development focus, it would be ideal. Coming from the training space the limitations of the program sometimes proved as a huge detractor when designing workflows for clients. My hope is that the cloud application carries over what the iPad app did, and then continues to better itself through development to become comparable to the desktop application.
Re: Ability to Zoom
thank you for your reply. I normally zoom with CTRL+mouse wheel, but if i use some markups (experienced this only with sketch tool) Revu scrolls regardless if i press and hold CTRL or not
Re: How to Create Digital Signed Signature?
Making a signature stamp is easy, but making it an official (digitally legal) signature is not. As I understand it, digital signatures are looking for unique number codes to make them trackable. They don't care about an image as that can be copied from anywhere. And since the image has no value in those cases, I don't think anyone has bothered doing this.
Of course, I'm probably wrong, so I will happily wait for someone to correct me.
EDIT: See, I was corrected as I was typing.
Re: How to Create Digital Signed Signature?
Yeah. I thought I should make that clear. It's pretty much my name, but nothing like my actual signature lol
Re: Stamp File Name Displayed Instead of Title
@MB, You can rename the files directly, and the new names will show up in Bluebeam immediately. I just tested it.
- Navigate to the stamp folder (for example:
C:\ProgramData\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\20\Stamps). - Rename any stamp file, and the updated name will be reflected in Bluebeam automatically.
I tested it with a copy of "Approved" and change the filed name to "Approved-New Name". See result below.
Hope this helps!
Re: Stamp File Name Displayed Instead of Title
Hi, @MB! You know what? I never even noticed it before, because I save all my custom tools, stamps, etc in folders that basically allow me to name the file what I want it to be called in Revu. I made some with a longer, descriptive file name, and yeah, that was nutty looking. I don't know if that's something we could have Bluebeam change someday or not, but that could be a nice little quality of life change if so.
Sorry, I don't have a solution to your problem, but maybe just make a new product feedback post to see if the change gains traction?
Re: 📢 Upcoming Community Interface and Navigation Updates!
I just noticed the OP tag. Like it!
