Re: Copying Markups Between Different Scales – Is Automatic Adjustment Possible?
vfrench's answer is definitely better than mine, but another way to do this that I use quite often is with the snapshot tool. If you snapshot content and then paste it in another drawing, you can adjust the scale via a percentage in the properties toolbar. I generally like this one because it's great for overlaying plan info from one drawing to another (you can use it not just on markups, but also on any drawing info.)
Problems with this method: you won't be able to edit your markups with this.
Re: How else do you use Bluebeam? 💡
@David Cutler my groundworkers did come and do a survey which was great. Unfortunately, that somehow got deleted so they will come out and do another. It built the full 3D model so you get all the heights of the trees and also do something a bit like street view. Amazing stuff!
Re: Scale by reference
@vfrench posted a comment about this recently @vb&t Brandveiligheid. Short answer there are a number of ways to simplify this process.

Neat use case @vfrench!
If you wanted to get closer to a scale sketch you could try bringing a satellite photo into your sketch to establish locations. Either that or get one of your vendor friends to come by with a drone… 😎
Re: How else do you use Bluebeam? 💡
So I've just found a new use for Bluebeam - mapping out the trees in our orchard.
I haven't gone as far as drawing everything to scale but I've put markups roughly in place of where the trees are and then colour coded for the different types of fruit - apple, pear, cherry, damson and plum. These are also all numbered so when I eventually work out what variety each tree is then I can have a proper record.
This also means that when I make homemade cider I can play around with the combinations of apples from different trees to see what works best.
