⛏️ My go-to Bluebeam feature is…
Bluebeam Revu! I use it to mark up plans, submit redlines, as-built drawings, independent quantity checks, and many more features. So much easier to use than the "other" PDF software app.

I love being able to edit documents as if I were using CAD.

Re: Edit/Unlock markups in Studio Sessions
This has come up a lot over the years. I believe the restriction isn't a design or programming issue, but more of a legal one. If I'm a subcontractor invited into a session by a GC, with this setting, they could potentially change my comments. This would be possible to anyone invited into a session that is owned by someone else.
Would require some trust on all parties. For internal use, I think the idea is fantastic.
Re: Bluebeam Cloud needs to stay
Hi @ShaneGuy and @agalatioto,
Thank you for your questions and feedback.
@ShaneGuy, as Ken pointed out, Studio Projects will be coming to Bluebeam Cloud soon (web and mobile). Our goal is to make sure everyone has access to the same set of drawings, whether it’s a Session or Project, with our tools, on any platform. You can find more details in our post about the future of Bluebeam Cloud here.
@agalatioto, regarding offline functionality for Studio Sessions on mobile, while we don’t currently have a full offline sync feature, we do store information locally on your device. In the next couple of releases, the app will enable you to continue viewing and editing Session documents even if your connection drops. Once you're back online, any changes made offline will sync automatically. We’re committed to continuously improving the mobile experience.
Thanks again to @Ken Phelps for clarifying. I appreciate everyone's understanding as we transition. Please feel free to reach out with any other concerns.
Shawn
Re: Global Session Administrator
Bluebeam Studio Prime would be the answer. Think of this as the "big brother" that has oversight to all things Studio related. What sessions / projects are created. Who's involved in them. What files are being shared. Ability to transfer ownership. Also handling 3rd party integrations and project folder automations.
Re: Session List Functionality
@Chad Okinaka In the session panel, click the small funnel icon in the upper right. Then click Name in the list. This will sort the sessions alpha / numerically.
