Re: 🗓️ March 2025 Challenge - Markup Madness!
This is something I call, "A better grouped markup".
We actually use several of these in our workflow as it helps us take of the main product, plus the underlying substrate.
The real trick though is to get your markups out of Revu and into Power Query in Excel. Once you're in there, the possibilities are almost endless.

✴️ Feature Highlight: Highlighter Tool
Hey Bluebeamers! This week, we're highlighting the Highlight tool!
The Highlighter tool was a popular feature discussed among Bluebeam User Group members during the GOVBUG & COBUG meeting earlier this week and thought it's a great feature to share here too!
When we think of a Highlighter, we often think of the bright-colored Sharpies, right? Well now, think of Bluebeam’s Highlighter tool as your personalized highlighter.
You can use the tool as either a free-form highlighter or Enable Text Highlighting to achieve a more controlled text highlighting.
This image shows both a text highlight (with the Enable Text Highlighting preference enabled) and a free-form highlight.
Plus, you can change the appearance (and more) of the Highlighter Tool

Re: 📢 Upcoming Community Interface and Navigation Updates!
Yes sir! I got the impression 5 was the limit. I merely thought I'd give a ranking that covered as many categories as possible (since I was asked lol). 5 seems like a good amount.
Re: 📢 Upcoming Community Interface and Navigation Updates!
I love BGG. I didn't want to give a priority list necessarily, because I think customizing the selection is way better. It allows you to demonstrate what aspects of your activity you personally value. I was just trying to respond thoughtfully to Aily asking how I would prioritize badges
Also. I like the tiered title thing. Since you are one of the highest ranking members at the moment, it would be immensely helpful to new members to be able to see how active and supportive you have been without even needing to dive into your profile just to see that.
I guess if they end up showing both as @Marco M said that would be fine too, but I'd say the rank is at least as important as the badge spread in giving a snapshot of someone's potential knowledge, experience, and activity.
Re: Bullet points & Indent text
Revu does not feature more advanced word processing features, such as paragraph styling or ordered and unordered lists (numbered lists and bulleted lists). We were surprised this was not already a feature. We'd love to see these features added to a future version of Revu.
Thanks!
Re: 📢 Upcoming Community Interface and Navigation Updates!
There is currently a limit of 5 badges being shown within posts/comments. We appreciate the feedback though @Luke Shiras and @bcostlow!
With regards to the job titles and ranks, we're hoping to display both at some point in the future. 🙂

Re: 📢 Upcoming Community Interface and Navigation Updates!
I'm not as motivated by badge collecting, but it does help represent creditability when interacting with new users. At the same time, it implies that someone without a lot of badges may not be as knowledgeable just because they recently joined.
A couple of ideas to consider would be to limit the number of badges shown to five, but the user decides which five. BoardGameGeek does this so each user can prioritize which five are most important to them.
Second, maybe we can mix and match the job title and rank by color coding the title (font or background), so your color changes based on your rank/tier.
Re: Gigantic Slow PDFs
Yeah. I tried choosing every option, on the pages that I know are slow, and it didn't do anything. It's just a poorly drawn print, unfortunately.

Re: What's new in the Revu 21.5 version?
You can read release notes on 21.5 here:

Re: Request for Editing Permissions in Session Feature
If you want markups to be editable, perhaps use Bluebeam Studio Projects rather than Sessions - any invited user can be given permissions to edit.
Making this switch limits the collaborative qualities of a Session, though. It all depends on the big picture of what you aim to achieve.
