Using SETS is typically how we track revisions to sheets of working drawings. Each revision creates a new sheet with the previous one marked SUPERSEDED. and slipsheeted. Once you place a signature on a PDF though, the permissions to edit are locked down.

Hi Robert! There is a Fire & Life Safety tool set in the Construction section in Revu Custom Libraries that you can download and import. This may be a good starting point.

Fields do not work within a Studio Session to my knowledge. If you find a way, I would love to know about it.
Re: Subscription Renewed/Paid But No Access
If you can click the sign out button next to your email address, do that. But assuming it's greyed out, then you may need to wipe out your Revu folder to get it to think about the account again. We have have had to do this for a few users.
Close Revu
Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bluebeam
Delete the Revu folder
Reopen Revu and it should ask you to login again

Alan, Thanks for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. You’ve raised important needs we’re working on now in Bluebeam for iOS:
- Check-in/out – We know this can be frustrating. We’re working on the future of collaboration across all Bluebeam platforms as a long-term initiative, and in the meantime we’re exploring simpler in-app guidance and reminders. Would that be a workable short-term solution?
- File access – In September you’ll be able to open local files or those from storage apps like Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud, edit in Bluebeam, and save back or share.
- Keeping files current – That same update will add offline-ready access to Studio Projects, with automatic syncing of revisions so your team always has the latest version in the field.

Highlighting Tool
When selecting text in Bluebeam Revu the cursor often behaves erratically and jumps around the page, highlighting areas that I don't want highlighted. How can I precisely select only the text I want to highlight?
