Re: User Usage
Days Used

I'd like atleast the option to see the users title without clicking into each user.
Right now as you know we have first name, last name, email, and do they in fact have a licenses and whats the status of that license. This is all nice info but it doesn't tell me if someone has had a license for a year and never used it, or if they've only used it 5 days a month.
Re: MAKE 'SNAP TO CONTENT' A FUNCTIONING FEATURE
Thank you David, It finally works. Here is what I discovered:
My snap setting in the General Preferences menu under Grid & Snap: the "Snap to Content" box was unchecked, and ALL of the "snap to -***-" boxes and options underneath this field were greyed out and unclickable, but still checked in every box, greyed out.
This is an issue
If I click "snap to content" to enable snap, thus enabling the boxes below to become active, I then have to uncheck those active boxes to deactivate them, and then unclick (DISABLE!) the "snap to content" box to, I guess, SAVE??? the functionality of the boxes I clicked below it, returning them to greyed out, defeating the exact purpose of the "Snap to Content" box? I still must be missing something, this is not user friendly, a child could determine this.
Only then was my Issue solved.
If I am just getting this whole clicking-boxes thing backwards, my bad.
IT'S BAD UI DESIGN, REGAURDLESS.
Thank you for you help, please pass this on to whoever needs to hear it. I have to get back to work.

Re: MAKE 'SNAP TO CONTENT' A FUNCTIONING FEATURE
Hi Robb
This might be long shot, but if you go to Revu / Preferences and under General got to Grid & Snap, uncheck every box there that has to do with the snap function. Does that make a difference? I know that there were some issues with this in an older version of Revu, but it should not be a problem in Revu 21.

Re: Text Box vs Typewriter
I like Typewriter for one word entries, like in a titleblock or form. I use Text Box for anything that needs a sentence or paragraph.
Re: Notification When License Is About To Expire
They did just implement a 7-day grace period for when that license expires, but a warning would be nice to stay ahead of it. Not every firm has a quick payment process!

Any Tips for Dynamic Fields in Tools or Editable text in Stamps?
Hi There,
I have been working on some standard tools and stamps for my firm and I seem to be running into the limits of both tools and stamps. What I want is a tool/stamp (either is fine the functionality is what we need) that has some dynamic fields and some editable text that a user can double click into to edit. What I am finding is that stamps are only dynamic/editable at the moment they are placed, so I can add radio buttons with Java Script, or automatic names and dates, but after the stamp is placed it is functionally locked, and a user cannot change the stamp. On the other side, I can nest text boxes in a tool so that users can double click to edit text fields, but there is not a way to embed any dynamic functions such as automatic user name and date fields.
Has anyone found a work around? I saw a post from about a decade ago suggesting embedding a stamp within a tool, but when I tested that, the stamp matched the first time I placed, date and user name did not update with subsequent placements.
Re: Auto Save
Yes please on the auto save (Many hours lost). In addition, it would be helpful if the mark-ups could auto save as well to a local drive (The .bax files).
