Re: Markup Summary
@Luke Shiras, Thanks for the clarification. I usually export to Excel, so I haven’t encountered this issue before. I tried manipulating the PDF export, but regardless of the setup, it still includes a “Total Count” heading. This problem doesn’t occur when exporting to Excel.

Re: Edit/Unlock markups in Studio Sessions
I only want this feature when I need to fix someone else's typo, so I can live with the current limitations. Not being able to make edits to other people's markups preserves the integrity of the authorship.
To further the discussion and get a better understanding of WHY we should be able to edit other's markups, please reply - in detail - your workflow that requires the ability to make those edits.
Are you consolidating similar comments? Editing to use consistent language? Revising sketches or notes? Maybe you just want to assign markups to a discipline or change colors?
Describe what changes you want to make and why it has to be edited vs other solutions.
Re: Edit/Unlock markups in Studio Sessions
Hi @Colby Gallagher - TfNSW - DE Manager,
Thank you so much for reaching out to us about allowing users to edit other people's Markup in Studio Sessions, and we've taken note of your request. Could you share anymore detail about why your review manager would delete a comment or Markup?
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do or if you have any other questions. We look forward to potentially collaborating on future projects.
Alan A.
Re: Creating repeat comments from standard list
You can use the custom columns feature to import choices from a list and then set the custom label to be the contents of that list. Should do the trick.
Re: Edit/Unlock markups in Studio Sessions
I cannot emphasize enough how much this function is needed for our workflow. On larger projects it is a full time job for someone to manage markups, and currently it all has to be done "offline" while everyone waits for the documents to be available on the Bluebeam Sessions again.

Re: Show list of ALL open files in file access
I would also suggest making the list of open files editable, allowing users to close unneeded files and rearrange tabs via drag-and-drop for better organization.
Re: Textdurchstreichung für die Kennzeichnung "Falsch"
I like the first idea…
When checking the PDF files, it is necessary to mark individual text passages as "False".
Crossing out as a cross/X quickly becomes crooked and crooked, because you have to draw two lines manually.
It would be better to have a way to draw an area and in this rectangle a cross/X appears, whose color and line thickness I can define.
Wouldn't that be a good idea for a new function?
The second idea sounds less intuitive and might lead to two markups instead of just one.
Or as an alternative suggestion: "diagonal reflection at the center"
I draw an oblique line e.g. with 350 °.
Then I would like to see a function (short-cut) that aligns this marked line twice at the same position and in the opposite diagonal (according to the example with 10°). Thus, both lines would cross in the middle and a clean X-cross is created.
I bet this could be solved with a toolset, at least for now.

You know it's good when software keeps surprising you after many years of experience with it!
