Re: Can I filter sessions by my status?
Good question, no you can't. This should be a product request.
Re: Allow search of sheet names and bookmarks
A common request. We should probably merge these posts/votes
Re: Microsoft OneDrive Sync. With Bluebeam Cloud
While I am not using Bluebeam Cloud, my approach with One Drive may shed some light or give ideas for your practice on there.
I have a folder for every project on my One Drive called "*** - detach" where I keep the latest contract documents for reference, personal markups, and other files that are not necessarily for the record and stored in our project folder. I archive old detached project folders there as well. These do not mirror our network project folders; they are only a place to store personal and reference copy documents related to the projects.
As you know, having files and folders on One Drive allows syncing to any computer where the Microsoft account is installed, or wherever logging in through the web interface. This comes in handy to get the job done wherever working — Home office, office, or remote on a job site.
Making sure the project server is up to date is priority one, so I am careful to only use One Drive sort of like an FTP site for remote work and, as the folder names state, detached work that does not need to be saved on our project server.
Re: How to Track Project Issues
Typically, I see this handled by an excel sheet that has columns for the issue, date received, due date, who's responsible, who responded, and response date.
I don't think BB could do this better unless you added custom columns to your markup list and used the markup filters to help sort the comments by "due date" (for example)

✴️ Feature Highlight: Quantity Link
Takeoffs and estimating can be time-consuming, but Quantity Link in Bluebeam Revu Complete helps streamline the process by linking your measurement data directly to Excel. As you update your takeoff in Revu, your spreadsheet updates automatically helping you keep calculations accurate and reducing manual entry errors. (Note: This feature is only available in Revu Complete.)
What are your best practices for using Quantity Link to save time and reduce mistakes?

Re: I replied to all comments, now I need to show as text box.
Yeah i read and tried that.. no luck. also; it looks like it only would show up when you print it thus losing any functionality of formatting, location, size, etc..
Re: I replied to all comments, now I need to show as text box.
Yes, sorry i should have explained that better.
My "work around"
- expand the markup window
- in the sheet, left click the original comment
- in the markup window, right click on the reply under the selected OG comment
- click "copy [comment]"
- in the sheet, ctrl + V paste.
I was just hoping for something easy and perhaps automated.
