Reminder: Studio Prime Integrations End of Life (EOL) on June 30, 2025
We would like to remind all Bluebeam integrations users that on June 30, 2025, the API and integrations functionality within the Studio Prime product will reach end-of-life to make way for enhanced offerings on our updated Integrations platform. All other Studio Prime capabilities, including user management, will remain available until December 31, 2025.
Check out the new Bluebeam Integrations Directory that showcases the various connected experiences available across our Bluebeam ecosystem and built in the updated integrations platform.
When will integrations be available in the new integrations platform?
Many integration partners will have completed their migration to the new integrations platform by December 31, 2024. Remaining integration partners are expected to complete their migrations throughout the first half of 2025. The final deadline to migrate is June 30, 2025.
Do I have to do anything to use the new integrations platform?
Existing integration partners are migrating to the new integrations platform. If you use integrations, you should work with your partner representative to upgrade to the latest version of their application as needed. Access links to these partners' websites are on the Integrations Directory page. With an active Bluebeam subscription, you do not have to update anything within Bluebeam to use migrated integrations.
Is the integrations platform compatible with SSO/SCIM?
Yes—using migrated integrations on the new platform allows you to also use SSO/SCIM, a capability that was not possible with Studio Prime.
Re: Organizing the folders within Studio Project
If I under this correctly you should be able to rename the files and add a number in front of the file which should automatically put the file in sequential order (See attached). Also, you can save your annotations by hitting F2 and save to your local drive. When ready, use F3 you reinstate your mark-ups / edits.
✴ Feature Highlight: Creating Custom Statuses
Did you know that you can set the status of any markup in the Markups list and create your own custom statuses?
To create a custom status, you first must create a custom model.
Click Window > Panels > Markups
Then, on the Markups list, click the icon on the Status column and click Manage Status.
Click Add below the Models list.
Enter a model name.
Now click your new model in the Models list. Then click Add. The State Properties box will appear.
Enter a name for the new status.
- You can also associate text with this status by checking Text and enter it in the corresponding field.
- To associate color with this status, check Color and choose your desired color.
Now your custom model will appear in the Set Status list as a submenu with its associated custom statuses inside it!
👇Comment down below:
- Do you prefer to use Bluebeam’s default statuses or create your own?
- When have custom statuses come in handy for you while working?

Re: page #s and labels
@Shelby, you can do it in Headers and Footers with "Bates Number".
Just use the following settings:
Number of Digits: 3
Start number: 1
Re: Rotating object_text size
Have you tried the Properties Panel with the markup(s) selected? Under Layout, you will find Rotation and the ability change the value out to the tenths place.
Re: Tool Labels Disappeared After Update
Hello everyone,
I reached out to support and was able to gain back the hover functionality by following these steps:
- Close Revu
- Open the C:\ProgramData\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\21\Revu\FeatureFlags.xml
- Edit the ToolChestUseNew to:
<Feature Name="ToolChestUseNew" Enabled="False" Protected="True" />
- Save and reopen Revu
Please note that "ProgramData" is a different folder from "Program Features".
Summer has officially begun!
June 20th marks the first day of summer! The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, more daylight to get things done!
Do you prefer long summer days or are you more of a fall/winter person? What's your favorite season?

Re: Summer has officially begun!
Summer is my season, so I'm excited to get it started and then move into an enjoyable fall season as well.
Re: Materials take-off
Generally Speaking, the more you use Bluebeam the quicker and more efficient you'll naturally become at using it however a great place to start is understanding the toolbox functions. I'm in Roofing & Cladding and we have a number of different toolboxes for the various roofing & cladding build-ups we offer as a business. Understanding the full use of the take-off functions is also very beneficial.
Re: Tool Chest Locks
Recently done the same thing for our business… have built 28 different chests with an average of 25 items in each. Would be great to be able to lock this down so everything remains consistent.
