Re: 📣 COMMENT TO CLAIM AN AMAZON GIFT CARD!
My name is Dan.
One of my go-to Bluebeam features is 'Paste-in-Place' (but there are so many useful tools).

Re: 📣 COMMENT TO CLAIM AN AMAZON GIFT CARD!
My name is Vince and I have my own Quantity Surveying company here in the UK. I'm also a BCI.
My go to feature is the Markup List - I'm looking to use every last piece of information in this to make my tenders as accurate and as detailed as possible.

Re: Optimisation for the new arm based windows machines
I completely agree. I recently purchased a new Windows PC that is ARM-based, and unfortunately, I have lost Bluebeam for work. It’s incredibly frustrating that companies like Bluebeam consistently lag behind, despite their potential to lead the way. I thought they had plans to offer a web-based version when they discontinued support for Mac, but this never materialized. Moreover, the fact that they no longer support Mac is highly inconvenient. They already had the program, which required only occasional minor updates. Instead, they abruptly discontinued it. I am not stuck using adobe or Bluebeam on my iPad. I now warn everyone to proceed with this company with caution as your investment my hit a roadblock when it comes time to upgrade everyones equipment.

Just realized it's been almost 1 year since this post was started and BB is still not there year. No announcement, sad, it's really sad.
📢 What's New: Revu 21.5
Release Date: 3/4/2025
We've been hard at work squashing bugs and polishing your Revu experience. Here's what's new and fixed in 21.5:
🛠️ Fixes & Improvements
📄 Page Management
- Numeric Page Labels Stick Around
- When extracting pages or using Batch Slip Sheet, your custom numeric page labels will now be preserved. No more re-labeling headaches!
📚️ Bookmarks
- Bye-Bye Freezing on Corrupt Bookmarks
- Files with corrupted bookmarks were causing Revu to freeze up. We've tackled that issue. Revu should now keep its cool.
🖍️ Markups & Editing
- Group Markup Text Editing Fixed
- Some grouped markups were being stubborn, you couldn’t double-click to edit their text. This is now resolved.
🔌 Plugins
- AutoCAD Save As Window Behavior Improved
- The AutoCAD Plugin was always sending users back to the Last Saved Folder. It now remembers where you want to save things.
- Revit Printing Bug Squashed
- PDFs printed from Revit via plugin or Bluebeam PDF Printer now properly match ISO standard dimensions.
- Excel Plugin Image Issue Resolved
- Printing to Revu from Excel was occasionally dropping images. Not anymore.
📑 Forms
- Form Field Names Stay Intact
- Copy-pasting form fields now retains their names, so your form logic doesn’t get lost in translation.
⌨️ Accessibility & Interaction
- Keyboard Navigation is Back on Track
- Checkbox/select actions in forms were ignoring the Enter and Spacebar keys. Now they’re listening again.
☁️ File Access & Linking
- SharePoint Files with Hashtags? No Problem!
- Revu can now open SharePoint files that include a # in the filename. Hashtags are now cool again.
- Fix for Broken Links from Excel with Special Characters
- Special characters in file paths were breaking links when converting Excel files to PDFs. Those links now work as expected.
That’s a wrap for 21.5!

Re: Text width
Ahhhh! I re-read the post and see what you mean. Yes, its been brought up so many times….same here. I'd love to see standard "Word Processing" type features implemented for the Text Box markup tool.
Add a Sequence into a Count Measurement tool?
Is there a way to be able to Add a Sequence into a Count Measurement tool?
Here's my scenario…I want to be able to mark up a plan with a red dot or a blue dot with a number sequence (each dot colour will have its own number sequence) but then I want to do a count on the number of red dots and number of blue dots and add it to a legend.
I have tried simply adding the dots with the sequence to a legend but the legend see's them as separate items, as below. Is there another way to achieve what I am wanting to do??
Re: Ability to Zoom
Have you tried holding CTRL while spinning your mouse wheel to zoom?
