Loged in to the comunity to post what both Authors allready posted, i am also in need of both requests from previous authors. Sort on last login date and at least be able to have the last login date exported to excel.

Also, When you do "export to excel" it doesn't export the last login date so you still can't sort to find out who isn't using the software.

I'd really like to know who isn't using the software so we can give the license to users who need it.

@vfrench this is the current expected behavior for template so there is not a way to stop it from happening. We can move this to a product suggestion to let the team know that there is a request for a change in behavior.

@Elizabeth McIntire While there is not a way to change the default color for the space at this time, you can change the color of several at once.

1. Select the first space you wish to change

2. Hold down the shift key and select the last space. (You can do control instead if the ones you want to select are not all grouped together)

3. Right click and select properties.

4. Adjust color. This should change the colors for all the selected spaces.

We understand your frustration with the frequent changes to our online solutions, and the pop-up message we pushed on Tuesday could have been clearer (we’re in the process of updating it).

As you know, the current 'Cloud Projects' are disconnected from Studio, and that’s suboptimal for our users and for Bluebeam. We’ve heard from many users, and know from usage data, that the current approach is not as good as we want it to be, so we’re making this change now to clear the way for a more unified, connected experience.

@stf: if I understand your comment correctly, you might try using the My Workspace section of Bluebeam Cloud. It offers a simple way to upload files and share them with others, without going through Studio.

@Mark: We acknowledge the gap created by removing the Cloud functionality before the replacement is ready. This was a tough call we deemed necessary. There will be a short period without a "projects" section. In the meantime, Studio Sessions and My Workspace are available now and may be useful to you. For example, you can create punch lists using markups with Studio Sessions on web and mobile, and use Revu at your desk to generate markup summary reports.
