Re: 💙 Do you consider yourself a Bluebeam fanatic?!💙
Bluebeam completely changed my workflow, especially for construction estimatings. Quantity takeoffs are now faster, more accurate, and way more organized that was my real “ah-ha” moment!
Re: Change Case command for Text
I shouldn't give away too much…but this includes a number of ways of manually and programmatically modifying textbox and callout comments. Stay tuned for more information. Once available in beta, we'd love to get your feedback.
Re: Convert shape to Area
Thanks, Isaac. Great feedback. If you aren't in the beta program already, I encourage you to join. I'll be interested to hear your take on a new tool we are working on that essentially accomplishes what you are describing. The ability to 'break' a polygon is not part of this first round, but is something we are considering.
Re: Enhanced color processing
Thanks for the comments. The method we are considering would also allow for some extent of automation using 3rd party tooling. It will be good to have you all take a look at this and provide feedback once it's available. Stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks.
Re: 3D PDF
3D PDF's are generally created when exported from either your drafting software, i.e. Revit or AutoCAD
Re: Overlay needs a "create file for each page" option
I believe you can do this with the Batch Overlay pages function if you have Complete.
There are some Batch functions that are available in the other versions, not sure about this one however.
If this is something that you do all the time, I'd consider the upgrade.

Re: Rounded Corners for Rectangular Markups: Elevating Annotation Aesthetics
I think he is instead trying to just use one point on the corner instead of two points, but i agree this is the best work around for now. Convert to arc will work well as it does an even arc all the way across automatically as long as the angle is as close to 45 as you can get it. Great for doors too. Use snap to markup if you want to make sure you are close to the 45°.
Re: Markup text changes in toolbox
I see toolbox corruption quite often. I have researched this and it would appear that the issue is in the way Bluebeam toolboxes use computer memory and saves each time an instance of Bluebeam is closed. Font and color changes are the most common, loss of the thumbnail image is another. I have reported this multiple times but nobody seems to care.
Re: Rounded Corners for Rectangular Markups: Elevating Annotation Aesthetics
@Isaac.Harned, The way you describe it is okay and works well for extremely detailed parts. The issue comes up when you need to move or resize the entire box. At that point, the rounded corners may need to be reset individually to match the updated look.
What the OP (and myself) are referring to is more about eye-satisfying visuals. Basically, when drawing a box or lines, it would be nice to have an option for all corners to be rounded automatically.
