Re: Overlay needs a "create file for each page" option
I believe you can do this with the Batch Overlay pages function if you have Complete.
There are some Batch functions that are available in the other versions, not sure about this one however.
If this is something that you do all the time, I'd consider the upgrade.

We are excited to announce the launch of the Bluebeam Integrations Server Regions in the United Kingdom and Sweden.
Today, the Bluebeam Integrations program is available in the following server regions: US, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and Sweden.
Allowing developers to log in and access endpoints in the UK and Sweden will now enable partners and customers to create applications that UK and Swedish users can utilize.
Dev Portal Updates
Developers can login to the Bluebeam Developer Portal with accounts in the UK and Sweden regions.
API Updates
The Bluebeam Developer API is now available in the UK and Sweden Regions.
Re: Rounded Corners for Rectangular Markups: Elevating Annotation Aesthetics
I think he is instead trying to just use one point on the corner instead of two points, but i agree this is the best work around for now. Convert to arc will work well as it does an even arc all the way across automatically as long as the angle is as close to 45 as you can get it. Great for doors too. Use snap to markup if you want to make sure you are close to the 45°.
Re: Markup text changes in toolbox
I see toolbox corruption quite often. I have researched this and it would appear that the issue is in the way Bluebeam toolboxes use computer memory and saves each time an instance of Bluebeam is closed. Font and color changes are the most common, loss of the thumbnail image is another. I have reported this multiple times but nobody seems to care.
Re: Rounded Corners for Rectangular Markups: Elevating Annotation Aesthetics
@Isaac.Harned, The way you describe it is okay and works well for extremely detailed parts. The issue comes up when you need to move or resize the entire box. At that point, the rounded corners may need to be reset individually to match the updated look.
What the OP (and myself) are referring to is more about eye-satisfying visuals. Basically, when drawing a box or lines, it would be nice to have an option for all corners to be rounded automatically.
Re: Markup text changes in toolbox
For me, the markup in the toolbox reverts to what looks like arial but it happens in the toolbox itself so any instance of using that markup is the wrong version moving forward. I have been seeing this for years at this point and I had initially assumed some of our less technically inclined individuals were making changes on their own without knowing those changes impact everyone using the toolbox so I made them their own version but the problem persisted. That led me to believe the corruption is happening and then that overwrites the original toolbox file on the server.
Typically, most of our work is 1/8" = 1' and we aren't switching between scales for the majority of what we do. We've never been able to catch the instant one of the markups change due to the number of people that use this toolbox.
We may have to move away from the one toolbox file on the server that everyone uses, to everyone takes a copy of it to their local machine. It's not an elegant solution, but at this point if that isolates the toolbox corruption it may be the only thing we can do until this issue gets identified or resolved.
Markup text changes in toolbox
Hello all, I am hoping one of you lovely people have had the misfortune to run into this issue.
Background:
I am using BB Complete 21.6.1 and others in my department are on varying other versions.
The markups were created by me in AutoCAD, then exported to a pdf where I would take a snapshot of the image to create my toolbox markup. I did have vector images enabled when doing this. I keep the toolbox on the server where everyone can import it so when a changes get made, those using that toolbox will automatically get the update if they open BB while connected to the server.
Issue:
After some time, a week or a month, we notice that the font used to create the images would change on its own inside the markup inside the toolbox resulting in unaligned and clipped text and an inconsistent appearance of the markups. They always seem to revert to the same font.
Attempts:
I have tried to test creating markups with vector images disabled but there is no way that is going to work. The markups do not resize well without blurring the images when they stretch. Also, with vector imaged turned off, snapshots are not matching the original image size. I will take a snapshot of something and when I paste it, the images will be 4x the size of the original for some reason. (this is likely an additional unrelated bug)
I have also contact support twice about this but only get a response that the issue could not be replicated even though I sent a pdf containing an example of the issues I am seeing.
Re: Markup text changes in toolbox
Font problem: I have noticed that although my markups are usually in helvetica, there are certain prints that it just refuses to work on and reverts to arial. Is that the case or is this for all files? If all files you may need to remove profile (with backup already made) do an admin reset of your preferences, then re-import your profile. occasionally this will solve similar problems for me.
Image issue: any chance your toolbox is being scaled? What are the page size differences?
Re: 🗓️ August 2025 Challenge - One Tool, Many Uses!
Here is a simple one… in sharp contrast to the power users above.
Sometimes I need to work over a scanned drawing that comes in with a lot of "noise" around the drawn lines, sometimes notes scratched in the margins.
To clean that stuff up, I saved a pen tool set to white with a 10.00 pt size. It acts like an eraser. Adjust the size to work into finer corners or switch to drawing a big white rectangle to clean up large spaces.
Re: Opening existing PDF file
Also noticed that sometimes Bluebeam Revu will hang the file until the program is fully shut down. I see this in conjunction with the recent files list. Try having users disable Recent files in preferences and see if that helps:
