Also noticed that sometimes Bluebeam Revu will hang the file until the program is fully shut down. I see this in conjunction with the recent files list. Try having users disable Recent files in preferences and see if that helps:

Okay @AlexandMcB, that make more sense. I'd suggest going to a gaming/multi button mouse with one of the buttons set with an "ESC, Q" key sequence. That would make it a single click vs 2 key stroke operation. All about saving keystrokes and clicks! 😎

If you want to get extra fancy with it, you can hold down CTRL to temporarily toggle between the scrolling or zooming methods.

You can also right click on any existing panel icon the go to Show and it will list the menu of all the panels. If one doesn't have the blue shading behind it, that one is not currently displayed.

Also seen some file opening challenges when the file path is very long, which will include the file name in the length. Just for testing, copy the file to your C drive and see if that has a similar issue.
