Re: File formats
Hey @Luke Shiras,
We'll look into these file types and see which ones can be supported through the platform. Thanks for bringing this up!

Re: Same Legend - Multiple Counts - Same Page
Hi Jacob,
There is a way to do this - you need to setup a way to differentiate the counts. I included an example using your drawing and Legend but I added two spaces (you can find more info on spaces here) and called them Unit A and Unit B. I added a column onto each of the Legends by changing their properties to include the "Space" column (like in the screenshot below). This now allows me to have Electrical Duplex counts in each space that get counted separately. You don't necessarily need to use Spaces, but they're the most logical way to divide the counts on the sheet. Hoping this fills the need!
Re: Scale Snapshots to match page content?
@Shanoc Halliday Bluebeam That's how I've done it most recently. Typically we're transferring one sheet of markups from an early plan at X scale to a newer plan at Y scale. Grouping the markups really helps and using a "reference" line for scaling does make it easier.
In the example above, If I measure dimension "A" and the two values were 3.5 vs 5.1 then I would scale the small image up 1.457 times. (5.1/3.5). I was just hoping we could just scale by selecting two points on the left and then two corresponding points on the right.
I'll mark this as answered since it's the best current method available. Thank you.
Re: Stitching Drawings Together
Just as an interesting find with the new Auto Align tool - if your 'Parent' view, or the first one in the list is an overall view of the project with enough grids to reference too. Then all the smaller drawings can use it as a reference in the Auto Align.
I tested this on a project with Master Plan and 4 Zones. It all stitched together just great.
Re: Scale Snapshots to match page content?
This is a tricky one, but I found a way that I use for adding Map images to scale on a PDF. This method works very well when there is a known length on the image.
1. Load in your image - it will not be to scale.
2. Dimension a length - it will not be the correct length
3. Group the Image and the Length - this will help scaling the image as it 'locks' in the X & Y to one another.
4. Calculate the (Measured Length/Actual Length) * Layout x (in the Properties Access Panel at the bottom)=New X value (or re-scalled value)
That should come up to scale - sorry about the steps, I am not sure of a quicker way that is accurate.
If this gets confusing, I think I have a recording somewhere.

Providing a profile pic is a great way to express yourself and make it easier for others to identify who's in a discussion. But maybe it wasn't intuitive how to update your profile pic. There's a few steps to get there but here's a direct link to the page where you can edit your profile pic.
I look forward to seeing all of you here soon.

Re: New Badges!
"Bluebeam Labs is our innovation sandbox where we invite Bluebeam Cloud users to shape the future of our solutions before we share them with the world."
Sadly, I'm not a Cloud user but it's an exciting opportunity for those who are.
Re: New Badges!
Can't get anything past you, @Luke Shiras! 😉
We've created a new Badges and Ranks page, as you can see. This will be continuously improved and updated, along with the Welcome Guide.
The reason the Social Media badges have been removed, is due to the removal of the Social Media profile connections. I mentioned this here. As we work towards improvements, we may enable the connections again in the future, which will also enable those badges.
With regards to the Experimenter, 3D Drawings, and Estimates badges, these are part of our Bluebeam Labs experience and ways to show off what some members are doing around Bluebeam. Feel free to take a look and sign up if interested!
