Re: Bluebeam Stapler - Ability to select page(s) of PDF Document / Split and arrange document pages
There are currently a few ways to combine and split pages in Bluebeam.
In the Combine PDF Files menu (File > Combine), you should have the option to add any files you want and then choose the Modify button to type in which specific pages you want to combine (i.e. "3, 5, 12-16") from each document. This would create a third document made up of whatever combined files you chose.
Conversely, you could go into the Thumbnails panel to complete more specific functions like extracting pages (one page up to every single page), inserting pages, or even slipsheeting (replace pages). In addition, you can use the batch menu to slipsheet multiple pages into your files at one time.
Would any of these options help your workflow, or is there something more specific that could be more helpful?
I see that you have this idea of saving the settings for repeatability. Do you mean specific page numbers that you might access over and over again, or something else?
Re: Revu iPad Zoom Levels
Hi Marylin. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my comment. I'll give you context, my application, and then how the zoom level is hindering my workflow.
Context: I receive civil construction drawings in a 22x34 PDF. I use Revu Desktop to snapshot images of each page and assemble them on a 200 x 200 template; from what I have researched this is the largest size for PDF. When I am done, I save the file to my OneDrive. Now I have a complete picture of the entire infrastructure segment and associated components while I am in the field.
Application: Once in the field, I open the 200 x 200 file on my iPad with the Revu iPad application (which I absolutely love and promoting for all PG&E field use). Since we are modifying electrical infrastructure at specific points, it is critical that I can use the zoom levels to see the entire plan in contrast to the individual equipment item I am looking at. This allows me to be aware of how my proposed modifications could alter other electrical equipment and components related to my changes.
Hinderance: On the Revu iPad application, I cannot zoom down far enough to read the critical details of the equipment on the drawings. If I open this file in Adobe iPad app or in my default PDF viewer of One Drive (iPad app) it works just fine. I can zoom all the way down to smallest detail. I don't understand why that is. I need to be able to zoom all the way down and make changes to the equipment details and add other markups as well. We take so many notes, utilize stamps, and redraw connection paths that this level of zoom is extremely important.
Temporary Workaround: Unfortunately, the only way I have been able to work around this problem is to make adjustments to the way I assemble the drawing in Revu Desktop. After pasting each snapshot of the 22 x 34 sheet into the 200 x 200 master sheet (Revu Desktop) I have to increase the size of the snapshot to 160% its original size in order to obtain the appropriate zoom levels needed when using the file on Revu iPad. In addition, I now must use multiple 200 x 200 sheets instead of one sheet and create a duplicate set of hundreds of existing markups (as well a new ones) so that I have a markup version that will work on a 22 x 34 document and one that will work once it has been increased by 160%. This makes utilizing Revu for what we truly need it for extremely cumbersome and a little bit exhausting.
Proposed Solution: If there was a way to allow a deeper zoom level in Revu iPad this would be a huge feature advancement for us.
Anyhow, thank you again Marylin for taking the time to hear my struggles in implementing this tool for our organization. Have a wonderful day.

Re: Bulk Import for Custom Words
You should be able to do that by creating a .dic file. I haven't done it myself so it may require an .aff file as well.
Re: Better Multiple Tab/Screen Functionality
Hello @Tom Perun, thank you for this detailed piece of feedback. I believe I understand the problem you are trying to solve. If you shift+click the Bluebeam app icon on your desktop you should be able to open another instance of the application. And if you close one of the application instances the other should stay open. Please let me know if this helps you, or if there is something more that would help.

Re: Blocking User from a Session???
Thank you all for the great discussion on this. We are in active research to understand opportunities to improve Sessions and Projects access and control. Including Matt Mauer and @David Vallejo for visibility. We'll be sure to post back here later next quarter with more information. Again, thank you for the great discussion!
Re: 3" per foot standard scale
Hi challing, thanks for the feedback. We don't have near-term plans for updating the out-of-the-box list of architectural scales used when setting a scale on a drawing or viewport. When working on these sheets, do you find there is an existing dimension that you can use for "calibrating" the drawing? If so, is this a viable workaround for the time being?

Re: New : Digital Signature Functionality
Thanks for posting, Duane! No immediate plans for updates to digital signatures but we'll keep this in mind for future updates. fyi @George Stamatakis
