Re: Save As... without markups
Oh… this is in session, an important detail.
Best advice, limited by the situation here… THINK AHEAD…
- Save a file copy as-is before adding any markups. (whether you are going into session or not)
- Format files before adding them to sessions - page labels, book marks, layers, etc.
- We cannot go back in time, so - if you need a pre-markup record of a file in session, SAVE AS, SELECT ALL MARKUPS, DELETE. If that file needs to be in the session, chgange name accordingly and add the file.
- ALTERNATIVE to the previous, if the PDF functions solely as a graphic record, print a PDF from a PDF for turn off the markups in the print dialog.

Symbolic link to shift studio session data to other drive?
Hi, I want to ask here if Bluebeam product support creating symbolic link for the studio session files being stored at C disk.
The need arises because session files are taking up a large space on C disk. I am looking for options to shift this data to other drives and make up space.
Re: Change Case command for Text
This is awesome news!!!!!! Will this also include general word processing style capabilities for text boxes? Even is not, super excited for this update.
Re: Continuous measurement
@CLJE, If the markups overlap, you can move the captions.
To move captions:
- Select the measurement markup whose caption is to be moved.
- While holding down SHIFT key, drag and drop the caption to a new location.
Re: Update on Bluebeam for Mobile - Spring 2025
Hi @rvoshell ,
Our Release Notes page covers every update.
You can already join and participate in Sessions from the mobile app on iOS or Android. The setup still needs to be done in Revu or Bluebeam for Web, but once a Session is active, mobile users can join and use all 12 general markup tools.
Re: Include a button or indicator that the menu bar is hidden
Also, if you need these messsages back at a later point, you can always "reset hidden messages" in preferences.

Re: Enhanced color processing
Hi all,
We are currently working on a new function that will allow for color processing across multiple pages. We are also considering other ways to open this more broadly to batch across multiple PDFs. At least with multiple pages, the user can quickly verify the success and impact of processing by skimming the thumbnails. If we allowed batch, is there any concern that this may open the door to detrimental changes to unintended files?
We'll be sharing more details at Unbound in a few weeks.
