If the box is checked as mentioned below, then it will not ask for sign credentials, but if Bluebeam is getting updated for the next version, in that case sign in credentials might be required.

Only "trick" I could think of would be to create the legends on the individual sheets, then flatten them so they become static. Then on the main page you can create a legend of all the sheets and the rest would be fine. Not a huge fan of that process due to the later challenges you're going to have with updates and changes that inevitably happen, but it would work in a pinch.

However, bluebeam does allow you to view and use a wide range of predefined keyboard shortcuts. You can access the list of shortcuts by going to Help > Keyboard Shortcuts Guide.

An interesting aspect of the Stamps is its ability to retain it's dynamic functionality when grouped together with other tools, this grouped tool and stamp combo can then be utilized by other users that have access to that stamps directory and tool set.

In our use-case we wanted an automatic filepath affixed to a particular tool whenever it was inserted into a PDF, we accomplished this via the following steps:

Create and save a stamp to any folder; »»»»» in a shared directory if other users are accessing this tool
- This does not have to be your active Stamp folder, just needs an accessible directory.
- Set the stamp to have it's "&" dynamic field(s); »»»»» &[Path] in this example
- Ensure the stamp boundary works with the size of your grouped tool.

Get a desired tool (say a letterhead insert).
Set the Stamp folder to the location of the (dynamic) stamp

This folder can be changed later, it needs to be pathed here solely for this step.
