Re: Keyboard Shortcut for Marking Comment Status as "Complete"
@Carina I can't delete Review, however, I can deactivate it from Manage Status.
In my example, the newly created "Test" State Model is the lone active option.
My three States are now the first shortcut options.

Not your fault, @Carina! I turned this discussion into an idea to be voted on a few days ago. It was originally created as a discussion only. 😁

BluBeam and Microsoft Powerautomate
Hi everyone :)
This is my first community question.
Is anyone using Power automate with BlueBeam and if so for what?
Newbie to BlueBeam seeking programming
Hi,
I'm newbie here, I want to join programing groups, like Autodesk forums to code using VB or other programming language, please let me know if that is possible in Bluebeam.
Thanks

Re: Auto Save
I would look at how AutoCAD implements autosave files. It saves a backup file to a designated folder on your computer in addition to the original file with each autosave. You can then get the backup file when(not if) you need it. Maybe you could have the autosave to a backup file and not overwrite the original. Would that save the undo feature?
Either way i would like the option to autosave somehow. I am sure it would have saved me 10s and 10s of hours of rework over the years. You can have the option to set the interval to 30 minute or an hour or a 7pm every day so it captures when you leave the computer for a long time. This world reduce the impact on the undo feature. MY main issue is files that have been open for hours and i get sidetracked somehow and don't get right back to it.
i have also lost work to windows updates and closing a file by accident without saving.
The lack of autosave is my one real issue with Bluebeam.
Thanks

Re: Web Based Add-in
Hello Ian,
This was the original response I received from their Support Team which is why I posted the request/suggestion to this page.
"I haven't heard anything internally, however this does not mean that its not being worked on. For now, unfortunately this would be a feature request. I have forwarded your feedback to the Product Team, however it may be pertinent to send this suggestion directly to them via our Suggestions page. They review these suggestions and use them to drive their future decisions."

Re: "COMMENT" COLUMN IN TOOL CHEST
MDT, I hear what you are saying, but I have never found a way to hide it. But let's dig a little deeper into what you are trying to do or could possibly do. It is easy to Hide the Comments column in the Toolset by simply dragging the grip across to provide more display area real estate or drag the Comments column closer to the display area. But that then hides the Lable column. I assume you have a need for the Lable column.
If you do not need a Label, that is a simple fix to give the Subject more space and fewer Comments information, but not removed.
Now, let's dig into why you are not using the Comments column. I come from a CAD Management background, so if I can communicate easily with end-users without walking over or jumping on Teams, I will take advantage of that function. In Toolsets, I use the Comments column to describe how to use the Markup in the Toolset. Does everyone read it, It's probably not, but it's there and reduced the number of times they asked me, 'How does this work.'
Good luck with your Toolset.
Re: Frequency of user sign-in
If the box is checked as mentioned below, then it will not ask for sign credentials, but if Bluebeam is getting updated for the next version, in that case sign in credentials might be required.

Re: Multiple Legends
Only "trick" I could think of would be to create the legends on the individual sheets, then flatten them so they become static. Then on the main page you can create a legend of all the sheets and the rest would be fine. Not a huge fan of that process due to the later challenges you're going to have with updates and changes that inevitably happen, but it would work in a pinch.
