Flip Markup of Chosen Axis

Flip horizontally and vertically work really well when your markup is 'square' to the drawing, but it would be extremely useful to be able to select an axis or edge and then flip the item for other markups.

  • Hi @Josh Gebelein .

That isn't really what I've been thinking about, but I can see how it would be useful.

I'm thinking more about when you can flip either horizontally or vertically now but his could do with upgrading to being able to flip on a chosen axis e.g. if you have car parking spaces and you want to 'mirror' then for the other side of the road - being able to choose the front edge of your markup and then being able to flip of mirror this would save me a lot of time.

  • Also flipping/rotating a group of markups that flips/rotates based on the group relation not each markup

@Nextakeoff you can do this by grouping the items together and then ungrouping after flipping. However, be careful as if you have your markups assigned to differing layers you will lose these and everything will be assigned to just one layer instead.
