Multi-color Polyline

If it's there, I haven't found it yet. I would like a multi-color polyline. Such as 2 different colors running parallel to each other. For now I draw out my line, then select all, copy, paste, change colors then drag it into place. Was hoping for an easier method. Any insight is much appreciated. TIA!

What I would do in this scenario is set the properties for the first line and then hold down ctrl and drag that line away. This should create a quick duplicate that you can then change the color of and set it where you need.
Hopefully this helps make this workflow a bit faster!
