How do I share a Custom Toolbox with other users who use the same login but operate from a separate desktop?
Click the gear icon next to your toolbox then select Export.
Save the .btx file
Send the .btx file to other users.
They then just need to double-click the file to have it installed in their Bluebeam.
Thanks Carina
When the file is exported it does not hold the scale - is there anyway that this can be set and hold when sharing?
I believe tool scale is dependent on the sheet where the tools are being used. Have you tried using the exported custom tool box on a sheet where the scale was set , @APS ?
Another thing to note with your toolbox is that when you save a markup to it, it keeps the scale you created the markup. So, if you built the markup in a 1/4" = 1'-0" scale, by default it will be placed at that scale.
However, you can use the "Set Scale" to change the scale of your markups to better reflect the drawing.
Hopefully that helps!
I love to use the search to find equipment tags on a print, but some documents dont search for some reason — What do I need to do to make them searchable?
I had a number of instances where I would do counts on say fire doors and separate count common doors single separate common doors double and later find that Bluebeam has added them all together as 1 type. Seems to be when using the same shape and colour for the count. This could be expensive exercise if not picked up over…

When I am creating a callout, is there a way for the text box to auto size to the text that I type in? See below
Kann man ein verwendetes Markup mit hinterlegten Parametern auf einem Plan anwählen und dieses mit allen Parametern wiederverwenden, ohne dieses im Tool-Chest zu speichern oder als Standard festzulegen?
Hi, Wondering if anyone has had success/if it's possible to import plain text FDF files into Bluebeam Revu? All FDF files of markups that I've exported are in binary/encoded format, and hence are unable to be altered (e.g. the coordinated of the markups), which is what I'm trying to achieve. Any help would be greatly…
Hi, I'm a new Bluebeam user. I am having issues with the way BlueBeam reads PDFs that I have generated from ArcPro. I have looked up and found that I need to check the box that says 'Remove layout background', along with when I go to print make sure the Advance printing settings says 'Image'. I've been making maps with…
