I'm just figuring out the File Access Panel, and the Categories you can create and populate. There is also a menu selection on File Access dropdown to "Reopen files from last session." This is getting me closer to what I need for my workflow.
Does anyone know if I were to set up all my Categories with pinned pdfs, could I also export and pass these on to other users for a quick import?

Part of the difficulty in learning a product like BBM is the Terminology that gets used. It can be limiting to one's understanding or ability to search for help in the proper areas. Again, much appreciated!

Unfortunately not in my example. I want to replace one snapshot or group with a different snapshot/group.

I hope that in the next update, Revu can introduce this feature. When filtering selections by subject, location, or label, it should refine the results effectively. Displaying hundreds of items despite applying filters defeats the purpose of having a filtering feature. It seems like the Quantity Link feature is only suited for small jobs rather than large-scale projects. Improving its functionality would make it more efficient for handling bigger workloads.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could demonstrate how Excel Power Query can effectively achieve this goal.

I have been getting into the habit of processing OCR on all my major files to save myself some headaches down the road when needed to find info quickly. When dealing with old plan/file scans on the daily, being proactive saves me oodles of time. OCR for the win!

Stamps
I use custom stamps regularly and find panning up and down in the dropdown to be annoying since the icon to pan up or down is so small and when my pointer goes past it the drop down disappears, then I need to find my stamp again..!

I am guessing that the thumbnails would have synced up if you activated page 83 by clicking on it after navigating to it. Could that have been the issue?
My thought is that you had a tool active in page 250ish so that is where thumbnails went.
